What is Reiki?

Reiki is Life Force energy guided by ‘Source’ intelligence. When we channel Reiki, it naturally flows to the areas of our being most in need of healing, without requiring direction from the practitioner or recipient. We can, however, set an intention for how we would like Reiki to support us, and this can yield powerful results.

Reiki works deeply on the nervous system and emotional body, helping to dissolve the imprints of past trauma and gently release stored emotional pain. It can bring a sense of safety and deep relaxation, allowing the body to shift out of survival mode and into a state of rest, regulation, and self-healing. Reiki also helps to heal core emotional wounds, release limiting beliefs, and support ancestral healing, offering a pathway to lasting transformation.
