Brainspotting
heal from trauma the gentle way
feeling lost, disconnected, Alone?
Do you feel like you’ve lost a part of yourself? Can you relate to finding yourself constantly giving to others? Feeling responsible for their emotions while losing sight of your own needs and inner truth?
Over time, this can leave you feeling exhausted, unseen, and disconnected from who you truly are. You might feel torn between the person you are deep inside and the version of yourself you’ve had to be for others.
If this resonates, you’re not alone—and I want to assure you that healing is possible.
Many of the women I work with struggle with:
Creating and maintaining healthy boundaries, often feeling guilty for saying no.
Constantly prioritising others' needs over their own, leaving little space for themselves.
Feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected from their inner self, or unsure of who they truly are.
Experiencing guilt or discomfort when practicing self-care or asserting their needs.
Finding it hard to express emotions, speak their truth, or stand up for themselves.
Feeling trapped in cycles of perfectionism, overworking, or feeling like they’re never ‘enough.’
Overgiving and people-pleasing to avoid conflict or seek approval, even at their own expense.
Repeating painful relationship patterns, feeling unseen, unheard, or unappreciated.
Struggling with codependency—losing themselves in relationships or feeling responsible for others’ emotions.
Recovering from the effects of emotional neglect, childhood wounds, or narcissistic abuse.
Feeling unsafe to be their authentic selves, leading to self-doubt and a fear of truly being seen.
These experiences often stem from unresolved traumas, including early-life attachment wounds or painful relationships with narcissistic partners or parents. Even if you don’t identify with these exact terms, you may recognise the deep pull to reconnect with yourself, to reclaim your voice, and to heal.
What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a powerful, body-based healing modality that helps you release the emotional pain, limiting beliefs, and nervous system dysregulation that keep you stuck—without overwhelming you as your body heals at its own pace.
Brainspotting works by using your eye position to access deep, unprocessed trauma and emotions stored in the brain and body. When we hold our gaze at specific “brainspots” connected to past experiences, it allows the brain to naturally process and resolve those wounds—freeing you from old patterns and restoring your sense of inner peace.
Discovered by Dr. David Grand in 2003, Brainspotting is used worldwide to heal trauma, anxiety, emotional blocks, and so much more. We can use Brainspotting to expand into a more empowered, aligned and confident version of ourselves
"We are working with the most powerful, profound self-healing mechanism, which is the brain itself." — Dr. David Grand
How Brainspotting Can Help You
Brainspotting is a deeply supportive healing method that can help process:
Symptoms of trauma
Feelings of helplessness and hopelessness
Difficult emotions like anxiety, fear, anger, sadness, and grief
The pent-up charge in the nervous system from unexpressed fight, flight, or freeze responses
And can support you to:
Overcome deeply ingrained limiting beliefs about your worth, lovability, and being ‘enough’ and replace them with new empowering beliefs
Open up to new possibilities for yourself and your life
Feel safe, loved, and open to connection
Reclaim your voice and confidence
Find inner peace, joy, and empowerment
This is deep work, and yet the practitioner’s presence and attunement provide a safe, supportive space for your healing process to gently unfold. Healing happens in connection.
What to Expect in a Session
Brainspotting is a gentle yet profound process, allowing you to heal at your own pace.
During a session, I will guide you to find your unique ‘brainspots,’ helping you connect with your inner resources—such as love, safety, empowerment, and belonging—while processing trauma at a deep somatic (body-based) level.
Sessions last 60 minutes and take place online via Zoom or in-person in Ibiza.
For deeper integration, Brainspotting can also be combined with Reiki, Sekhem, or Angelic Healing in a 90-minute session to provide additional energetic support, promoting a sense of safety and deep relaxation.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Brainspotting is known for its efficiency. What might take months or years to resolve with traditional talk therapy can often be processed in a much shorter time.
While I offer single sessions, I highly recommend a course of three to six sessions when working with trauma and nervous system healing to experience more profound shifts.
